You need at least a gallon of water every day.

Instead of going for single exercises that focus on single part of the body, you need to go for compound lifts because they are more beneficial to you when you want to gain more muscles. If you are skinny, such compound exercises will help you to get more muscle. Bench presses, squats, pull-ups, pull ups, rows, dips are some of the important exercises that you should always include in your workout routine.
