Sweet potatoes are good for you and your eyes. They provide vitamin A and can help you in improving your night vision.

Walk

Walking is good for your eyes. Regular exercise can help you to save your eyes because it reduces the intraocular pressure in people suffering from glaucoma. Glaucoma patients who walk four times every week for 40 minutes can substantially reduce intraocular pressure (IOP) in the eyes. It will help you to stop using medicines for reducing IOP.

Use sunglasses

Sunglasses are good for you because they can protect you from the harmful rays of the sun. Whenever you go out, you can protect your eyes by covering them to reduce exposure to sunlight. Exposure to sunlight and cataracts has a relationship. People who protect their eyes from harsh sun rays and UV rays are less likely to develop cataracts or ARMD.
