Consume lower calories

Then find out the calories you burn through exercise. Add the RMR and the calories you burn exercising and you will find the limit. Keep your daily calorie consumption lower than that level.

You need 5 to 6 meals if you want to lose fat and belly fat. When you eat more meals, your body will burn more calories trying to digest them. To ensure you do not overeat, first calculate the total calorie needed by you and then divide it evenly across 5 to 6 meals.
