You want to lose weight and fat but you also like your carbohydrates. Is that even possible? Yes, that is possible. You can lose weight and fat while still on a high carb diet.

High carb diet can help you to lose weight and fat but you need to ensure that you are combining it with a healthy and balanced diet and exercise.
