Slow down to eat

While eating your food, slow down. Don't be in a hurry to complete everything on your plate. Taking 15 to 20 minutes to complete your meal is good for you because it will ignite your metabolism. Eating more mindfully

There are better than processed, fried and oily snacks which will add more weight to your body.
