A keto diet or a ketogenic diet is a low-carb, moderate protein and high-fat diet so that your body goes into a metabolic state known as ketosis and burn more fat and help you to lose weight. Let's find out the benefits of a keto diet has to offer to you.

Once you go for a keto diet, your body will start using ketones for energy and that means your body will have enough glycogen without constantly needing to refuel. You will have the same energy levels without having to maintain by constantly supplying glycogen. Since ketosis uses fat present in your body, it will have a good amount of fat to work with and so you will have constant energy without having to eat for that. You don't have to take a nap after lunch because you are using the fat as an energy source and you are also reducing carbohydrates in your food.
