Ginger

Garlic is also beneficial for patients suffering from asthma. It is beneficial for your lungs in the early stages of asthma. You need to boil or three cloves of garlic in 1/4 cup of milk and allow the mixture to cool. Then drink it.
Honey
Honey is known as one of the oldest natural cures of asthma. It contains alcohol and eathereal oil which are good for providing relief from asthma symptoms. You can simply inhale the smell of money and that is good enough for some people. It is also possible to mix 1 teaspoon of honey in a glass of hot water and drink it slowly. You will need to do that three times a day. Before you go to bed, you can swallow a mixture of 1 teaspoon of honey with 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder.
