Elbow compression

Compression is effective to eliminate any pain and it is useful in getting relief from elbow pain. Get an elastic bandage or strips of clothes and wrap the elbow. However, make sure not to wrap it too tightly so that it cannot obstruct the blood circulation to the affected area. Keep it that way for at least 30 minutes and then unwrap it. Unwrapping is necessary so that the blood circulation can happen at the full force. Keep it under for 15 minutes. Repeat this process several times for the next few hours until you get relief from your elbow pain.
