There are many protein snacks available but not all of them or equal. There are some healthy and portable high-protein snacks available which you can carry anywhere you go. You do not have to suffer from this protein consumption just because you are moving around a lot or traveling.
Jerky
Jerky is meat that has been trimmed of fat and cut into strips and dried. It is an excellent and convenience snack and it can offer you high levels of protein. It contains about 9 g of protein per ounce.
Beef, chicken, turkey and salmon used in making jerky. It is generally easily available in different grocery stores but be careful about the added sugar and artificial ingredients.
Trail mix
