Get some more sleep

When you have a baby, the time that you get to sleep will be limited. However, it is possible to find some more sleep time with little support from other family members. You may need to adjust your sleeping time with your baby but finding some more sleeping time will definitely help you to lose those extra weight you have gained during pregnancy.
