Stay satisfied

If you are eating, it is always better to stop at satisfied level. You do not have to go to stuffed level, where you eat more than you should. Many people do that because they think sensation of fullness is equal to satisfaction. They feel deprived if they do not reach the sensation of fullness. You do not have to clean the plate completely. If you are on 6 of 7 in a scale of 1 to 10, you should stop right there. You do not have to go to 9 or 10. To do that, you will have to increase your revenues about where you are on the scale. You will need some practice to find out more awareness about how satisfied you are during a meal. After some practice, you will become easily aware of your condition and then you will be able to stop yourself at the satisfied level.

If you want to become naturally slim, you will need to understand and learn how to deal better with hunger. Your hunger is not an emergency. If you already have some extra pounds in your body, you should not be too much worried about your hunger. People who fear hunger, they generally tend to overeat because they want to avoid hunger. On the other hand, think people always tolerate hunger. They know that hunger pangs come and go. You can delay your lunch by one hour or so to see how well you can deal with hunger. Sometimes, you can also skip an afternoon snack.

Eat more fruit

If you want to become naturally slim, you will have to add more fruits to your diet. Eat more servings of fruit and fiber but reduced the amount of fat. Insert of adding juices, add whole fruits as they will provide you with the necessary fibers. You will need at least 2 to 3 servings of fruits during the day. You can also add fruits to your breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are fruit options available for snacks. You can add fruits to sandwiches and also bake them as deserts. Keeping a bowl of fruit at the dining table or any other suitable place will definitely motivate you to have more fruit or it will at least remind you to have more fruit whenever possible.
