Changing diet

By changing your diet, you can get rid of constipation. If you are consuming more greasy food, or you have made some changes in your diet because you are on a new weight loss program, then the change can trigger constipation. If you are eating high-fat or processed food, too much caffeine or alcohol, then you are likely to suffer from constipation.

No exercise

If you are living a sedentary lifestyle and you are not exercising, then it can result in constipation. If any of the medicines that you are taking are causing the problem, you need to consult with your doctor about it.

Salt contains magnesium which can encourage contraction of the bowel muscles. Salt will also help you by flushing out the toxins from your stomach and small intestine. In the warm water, add 1 teaspoon of lemon and a half teaspoon of honey or a pinch of salt.
