Include fresh fruits like oranges, cherries, peaches, apples, melons, plums and different types of vegetables. Free range organic eggs and chicken, grass fed meats, wild caught fish, seeds and nuts are also good for you and so you can include them in your diet.

Baking soda

Baking soda will help you to balance out the acids present in your sweat which encourages bacteria. Baking soda will counteract the acids and will work as a natural deodorant. It will absorb the odour. It is one of the most effective natural deodorants. It will offer you long-term protection. You don't have to use chemicals and additives which can irritate your skin. Instead of that baking soda will help you to have a clean and natural substance that will add a fresh fragrance to your skin. Take half cup of corn starch and added to half cup of baking soda and add 2 to 3 drops of lavender essential oil. After cleaning your underarms apply the mixture on them using a slightly damp cloth. Let it dry and then wash it off.

Apple cider vinegar

Apple cider vinegar can help you to eliminate extra problem. It has astringent properties which will help you to control sweating. You can also drink it which will help you to balance pH levels in your body. You can use it as an antiperspirant because it will create a coat on the skin and make the pores keep closed. After washing your underarms, you can dive a cotton ball into Apple cider vinegar and rub the ball onto the area. Leave it overnight and then rinse it off in the shower. Then you can apply deodorant as usual.

To drink it, mix 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar and 1 teaspoon of raw honey to a glass of water and drink that. Do this once day on empty stomach. This will help you to eliminate excess sweating problem.

Coconut oil

Coconut oil can help you to get rid of the excess sweat problem. You can use it internally and externally. To eliminate excessive sweating, use it as a massage oil and rub it in your body or the specific areas like under the arms and the feet. If you have excessive sweaty areas, combine it with camphor and make a paste and apply the mixture onto sweat prone areas of your body.
