However, people find it very difficult to stay away from these two food elements. Sugar is very addictive and so people find it difficult to avoid that. Wheat, white rice and foods that contain refined sugar will increase insulin levels in your body and that will result in premature ageing, inflammation and chronic diseases. Accelerated ageing is caused by inflammation and both refined sugar and processed foods can make you age of faster by causing inflammation in your body. You can try to avoid table sugar, brown sugar, raw sugar, maple syrup, rice syrup, molasses, corn sweetener, liquid cane sugar, fructose, glucose, dextrose etc. Processed foods include refined grains, processed meat and pasteurized dairy and they do not have any nutrition in them but have different types of added ingredients. They have excess salt, sugar and artificial ingredients which are not good for your body. Processed meat is a very strong contributor to ageing and disease. Pasteurized dairy do not have the necessary digestive enzymes in them because during the process they are killed and it also lacks about 50% calcium. The milk sugar present in them also converts to sugar. Such processes dairy products also have antibiotics and growth hormones used on the dairy cows and buffaloes from where the milk comes.
