The muscles present in your face and not different from the muscles present in different parts of your body. Simple face exercises

Let's find out some of the simple face exercises that you can practice anywhere including your office.

Puff up your cheeks

Puff out both the cheeks and then shift the air in your mouth from one cheek to another. Do it five times. Then release the air and make a small o. simply repeat it 3 to 4 times.

Look up at the ceiling

First look up and pucker your mouth as if you are kissing something or someone. Hold that position for five seconds and then repeat five times. If you want a prominent jawline and high checkbones, simply stick out your tongue while doing this exercise. That will also help you to stretch and strengthen the muscles present in your neck.


Drop your jaw and open your mouth and make a small o using the lips. Keep your jaw dropped and now widen the lips as if you are going to smile. Now to the same by making a big o. Alternate between small o and big o for about 10 times.

Stick your tongue out

If you stick your tongue out as far as it will go. If possible, hold this post for 60 seconds. Repeat it 3 to 4 times.

Fish face

purse your lips and smile doing that. Now create a fresh face. To do that, suck the inside of your cheeks into the between the sides of your teeth. Do this five times to have farm and toned lips and cheeks.

Remove Crow’s feet

This is a very wonderful exercise that you can perform and it is very effective against lines around your eyes. Such lines are known as crow’s feet. First open your eyes wide as if you are scared. Use your hands to pull the skin back. That will help you to eliminate crow’s feet.
