Bath for people suffering from psoriasis

You should be careful in choosing the right soap. Always find a non-irritating soap for bathing. You can always use a body wash because it is generally non-drying and softer. Find something soothes and hydrates your skin.
Moisturiser for people suffering from psoriasis
After a shower or bath, you need to apply moisturiser in generous quantities on the skin affected bypsoriasis. After a bath or shower, you should pat dry yourself and then use a moisturiser. You should not rub your skin to dry yourself because that will irritate the skin.

If you see a lot of flaking from thepsoriasis lesions, you should choose clothing items with light colours. If you are sensitive to bleach or fabric softener, you should never use them while cleaning your clothing items. If you cannot avoid them, you can always add an extra rinse cycle to wash them away.
