Exercising regularly will help you to look younger than you are. It will not only help you to improve your muscles and muscle tone, it will also help you to look fit. Exercising regularly will keep away muscle loss. It will help you to sleep better, which is very essential for looking better. If possible try to exercise most days of the week. If you cannot exercise regularly, at least try to exercise four times in a week. You can combine cardiovascular exercise for your lungs and heart with other exercises.
