10 Diet tips for herpes patients

1. Avoid supplements or foods containing lots of Arginine

If you eat supplements or foods that contain high amounts of amino acid arginine, then it may provoke herpes episodes. The virus needs this amino acid for growth, replication and to become active. So by limiting the foods containing high amounts of Arginine will help in reducing the breakouts.

2. Eat foods with Lysine
