1. Don’t diet

5. Drink more water
When you drink lots of water during the day, it does not let you get dehydrated. It is also good for you because it fills you up and you cannot eat more. It also increases your metabolism, which means you will burn more calories. It will also remove all the toxins from your body. By looking at the color of your urine, you can decide how much water you need to drink. The color of your urine should be relatively clear. Also if you’re going to the bathroom every 3 to 4 hours, then you are drinking enough liquid.
6. Get some sleep
It is very important to get some sleep to lose some weight. However, it may be impossible to get eight hours of sleep when you have a new baby. Whenever you get time, you can try to sleep. Because sleep deprivation will make your life harder and will also make the weight loss dream harder for you. You are likely to hold onto your pregnancy weight if you’re sleeping less. When you are tired, the body releases cortisol and such other stress hormones which may result in weight gain. When you’re tired, you cannot take good care of yourself and may also be not inclined to choose healthy food. You also less likely to exercise and watch the food you are eating. You can sleep when your baby sleeps. That’s good advice and you can try to follow it.
