Skin can also help you to get rid of blackheads on your nose. It helps you by softening up the dead skin cells or the sebum and removing them from the pores. Such an action opens the clogged pores and thereby reduces the possibility of blackhead formation. Take a bowl of boiling water. Cover your head using a towel and lean over the steam. Make sure your face and the nose are getting the steam thoroughly. Stay there for about 5 to 10 minutes, so that the steam can loosen anything present in the pores. Do not get very close to the boiling water because it may burn your skin. After about 5 to 10 minutes, rinse your face and nose using warm water. Pat it dry with a clean towel. 5. Cleansing Sugar scrub
A good cleansing job will help you to get rid of blackheads. If you follow an exfoliating and then moisturizing, it is good enough to remove blackheads from your nose. Exfoliating removes dead skin cells. These cells can clog your pores and thereby cause blackheads, whiteheads, acne and other skin problems. And also revives the circulation of blood and so you get a healthy glow besides having a soft skin. While going for cleansing sugar scrub, use jojoba oil. Jojoba oil is beneficial for your skin because it is very similar to the sebum. You can also use grape seed, sweet almond oil or olive oil in place of jojoba oil.
6. Green tea
Green tea is very effective against blackheads. You need to add one or 2 teaspoons of dried green tea leaves in water. Mix them in a small bowl. Grind the leaves to make a paste. Use your fingers to apply the paste on blackheads. You need to scrub the paste on the blackheads. Do that for about 2 to 3 minutes. It will help you to eliminate the extra oil and dirt present in your skin pores. Once it is done, let it dry for some time and then you can rinse the area with lukewarm water.
You will need to repeat the process. Do it three times in a week and after some time you blackheads will be gone.
7. Turmeric
Turmeric is useful because it has antiseptic properties. In case of minor burns it works very well. It is also effective against blackheads. Add 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder in a bowl and then add 2 tablespoons of mint juice freshly made. Mix the components. You can use this mixture on the areas which are affected. Let it dry and after drying wash it with water. Pat dry your face.
If you want, you can mix turmeric powder with milk and sandalwood powder and use the smooth mixture on your face. Keep it for five minutes and wash it with water. Within 3 to 4 weeks, it will help you to eliminate the blackhead problem.
8. Oatmeal and yoghurt mixture
When you mix oatmeal with yoghurt, the mixture will help you to eliminate blackheads from your nose and skin. It also rejuvenates your skin. Take 2 tablespoons of oatmeal and mix it with 3 tablespoons of plain yoghurt. You can also add a little bit of lemon juice and some olive oil. Mix everything well and use it on the blackheads. Keep it for some time and let it dry. Once it is dry, you can wash it off with water. Pat dry your skin. You need to repeat this process three times a week to eliminate the blackhead problem.
9. Cornmeal
Cornmeal is effective in eliminating dirt and dust from your skin, which block the pores. It will help your skin to breathe better. First, use the steam to open the pores of your skin.
