You can also make such a coffee scrub at home. For making it at home, combine quarter cup ground coffee beans, 3 tablespoons brown sugar and 2 tablespoons of a skin oil (olive, almond or coconut oil) and massage the cellulite spots with this mixture using pressure. Any massage that stimulates the superficial fascia, which is the layer of connective tissue that lies just beneath the skin and contains fat cells, is good for getting rid of cellulite. It can be a deep tissue or Swedish massage. Because of inactivity, injuries and incorrect exercise, fat cells can stick to the fascia and may result in the cellulite look.
