The antioxidant present in tomatoes are released when they are cooked. If you eat your tomatoes with some healthy fats, it becomes easier for your body to absorb the antioxidant. The amount of lycopene in tomatoes will vary depending on the variety and its ripeness. Your tomatoes should be redder because they contain more lycopene.

 Edamame

You need collagen which is the fibrous protein that will keep your skin farm, wrinkle free and young looking. Collagen starts to decline after your 20s. If you eat edamame and other soy foods it will help you to preserve collagen. Edamame is rich in isoflavones. A study found that when isoflavones were consumed, even ultraviolet radiation caused fewer wrinkles and resulted in a smoother skin. According to the researchers isoflavones help prevent collagen breakdown. So include more of it in your diet.

Walnuts

It contains omega-3 fatty acids which is also present in different types of fishes. If you do not like to eat fish or if you do not eat fish, then you can consume walnuts because it will give you the same benefits. It is a very good source of omega-3 fatty acids, which can bring in shine to your hair. It can make your skin smoother and younger looking.

Vegetables
