A training program

Rest enough

Rest is important because you need to give your body ample recovery time. If you are not getting enough rest, it is not possible for you to grow stronger and bigger even though you are exercising each and every day and doing everything that you need to do. For the same muscle group, you need to provide at least 48 hours between resistance training sessions.
