Exercising regularly is very important for anyone and you should do that if you want to be fit and healthy all the time. But what you do when you have recently undergone a cosmetic surgical procedure? You can definitely find out whether you feel ready to start exercising or not. Exercising after a facelift

The recovery time after a facelift will vary from person to person. It may be a good idea to get back to your regular exercise only after two weeks after the facelift is done. After two weeks, when you start your exercise, start with some isometric exercising and stick to that until your stitches are taken out.
