- you lead to reduce the supply of sugar because if feeds the yeast and bad bacteria
- foods which can replace good bacteria in your gut
- adding more fibre and healthy sources of protein and fats
You will need to eliminate the source for yeast and fungus. Make some changes to your diet and eliminate those foods. Sugars and conventional grain products other sources and that's why you will need to reduce them in your diet. The yeast and the bacteria will use this sugar molecules in the food going to the digestive tract. You will need to balance your body's pH and improve your immune system.
Replenishing healthy bacteria is also important to avoid toenail fungus. Once you reduce the supply of food to the fungus, you will need to support the growth of good bacteria in your gut. For that, you will need to include super foods in your diet. Some of the super foods which will help you to increase the healthy bacteria level in your gut are fermented foods; cultured vegetables like sauerkraut and kimchi; probiotic foods like fermented dairy or kombucha, kefir, yogurt etc. You can also take probiotic supplement to increase the good bacteria in your body.
Also increase fibre, protein and quality sites in your food. A high fibre diet will help you to eliminate more toxins, fat, cholesterol and waste from the body. Due to its structure, we cannot easily breakdown and absorb fibre and so it passes through our digestive system unabsorbed and takes the toxins and other particles with it.
Protein rich foods like grass fed meat, organ need poultry and eggs, raw unpasteurized dairy and wild fish will help you to get more protein and at the same time reduce toxins in your diet. You will also need healthy fats. Coconut oil is a very good source for you because it contains caprylic acid and lauric acid.
