1. Watch your food

Since certain foods may cause migraine in your case, you should be careful not to eat those foods. The same applies to your drinks. If some drinks bring on the migraine pain, you should avoid those drinks. You will see a pattern emerging overtime for the foods and drinks that trigger migraine for you. You should stay away from them.

2. Reduce caffeine

If you are drinking too much coffee or tea, the caffeine present in it may cause migraine in your case. However, you do not have to cut it certainly. Do it gradually over time. If you find that caffeine is causing migraine in your case, take immediate steps and reduce the amount so that after some time, you can completely eliminate caffeine and avoid the pain caused by migraine.

3. Eat regularly

If you skip meals, it can cause migraine in some people. So, do not skip meals. Also skipping meals will cause other health problems for you which over time may result in medical problems.

4. Get proper sleep

Getting proper and regular sleep is very important for a normal healthy person. It is also important for you because in many people lack of sleep causes migraine. 5. Be careful with exercise

Regular exercise is important and very much necessary for your good health. It is a very important part of your life. However, specific exercises or too much of exercises can cause headaches in some people. If you are one of them, you have to be careful with your exercise and workout. 6. Reduce your stress

There are different methods which can help you to reduce your stress. For some people, stress management classes or counseling may be necessary to reduce their stress. Do whatever is necessary but reduce your stress because it was not only bringing on migraine and the pain for you, but it also causes other health problems for you.
