You can add rosemary in an infuser and then let it steep in boiling water for five minutes. Add half a grapefruit juice into this water and then add half a grapefruit in sliced form. Stir well and drink the liquid.

Ginger cucumber water

This ginger water infusion is another drink which will help you to boost your metabolism. In this drink, you add cucumber with ginger. Take a slice of ginger and add it to a glass of boiling water. Let it steep for five minutes and then remove the ginger from the glass. Add 1 teaspoon of honey to the water and also add a sliced cucumber. Stir well and drink.

Remove the infuser and then add 1 tablespoon of honey to the glass. Stir well and drink it to boost your metabolism.

Lemon Ginger water
