This will help you to completely focus on your training and exercise when you are doing that. If you are eating, your focus will be on what you are eating to get the desired body. Results are what matter

If you do not get any results, what is the use of doing anything? Results are very important. If you have that mindset, while eating and exercising for the body you want, you will find out how to get the result you want. You will focus on the results. You will learn how to measure the results. And when you do that you will gradually go nearer to your objective of creating the best body for yourself. If you don’t have the desire and determination, looking for perfection will not help you to reach the desired outcome. You don’t need perfection when you have the desire and determination to push you harder to achieve what you want.

Learn, share and learn more

When you teach someone something, you also learn that again. But before you start sharing and teaching others, first need to learn and learn it well. Once you are good at whatever you have learnt, you can share your knowledge and help other people. Your knowledge and experience can help other people to find the most effective way to reach where they want to go. While teaching it to someone else, you also learn more about it and it will suddenly break open something very important for you and you will have important knowledge and wisdom on the subject. It will also help you to learn more because you will find out that you need to learn more about some of the things to improve the results you are getting.
