6 tips for rapid fat loss

1.Do not consume refined foods

If you want to lose fat, you will need to stop consumption of refined foods. 5.Stop replacing solid food with shakes

The first meal of the day should be a real food meal. It's very important. Your body has starving overnight and so it needs real foods that contains nutrients and fibre. Otherwise your blood sugar will create problems for you. Shake is good and easy to drink but it will not give you everything that real food can give you.

Many people use shakes a lot and then they wonder why they cannot lose body fat. Shakes are meant to supplement food means and not the other way round. Instead of shakes, you can always go for mixed nuts because it contains high amount of good fats, proteins and fibre.

6.Eat green vegetables

Green vegetables are good for you when you want to lose fat rapidly. There are several green vegetables which will not only keep you full but will also increase the absorption of protein. They also offer you lots of fibre. These vegetables also offer several vitamins and minerals, which has several health benefits. You should eat broccoli, green beans, asparagus and such green vegetables. But always avoid potatoes, tomatoes, peas and corns. Focus more on the green vegetables. Have at least one serving of green vegetables with each meal.
