Add more fibre

If you have infrequent bowel movements, you may suffer from hemorrhoids. There is a very natural way to make bowel movement regular. You need to add more fiber to your body. You can do that by adding more fibre to your diet or by using supplements. Even though it may increase gas, you need to do that if you want to get rid of hemorrhoids. All you have to do is add 25 to 30 g of fibre every day. Go with the urge

If you have an urge, you should not stop it. Go with it. This may seem very simple but it is a very effective method of keeping hemorrhoids away. You cannot ignore Mother Nature and when you do that, problems arise. Listen to your body and relieve yourself whenever necessary.
