9) Maintain Close Relationships
Another thing men can often struggle with is maintaining close relationships. It is very important to make a point to strengthen ties with your family and friends. Try to find opportunities and relationships you can commit to that keeps you involved with others. This will also help you reduce stress and provide better health.
10) Drink Alcohol in Moderation
Clearly, alcohol has been revisited in studies recently, and decided that it may not be all bad for health. Drinking wine has been shown in several studies to be protective against heart disease. However, alcohol should still be used in moderation. Anything with as much power to change your life in a night as alcohol should clearly be treated with respect! One or two drinks a day should be the max for every man, and because of its addictive properties, should not be the goal for any man.
