Studies show that failing to get enough sleep isn’t just bad for your health, it can make you look years older than you truly are as well. Failing to get enough sleep leads to stress and looking worn out, both of these lead to premature wrinkles and aging. You should try to get enough sleep on a nightly basis if you want to keep that dewy, fresh-skinned look that you love. After all, this should be one of the easiest things on the list to accomplish, if you follow the others.

These are just a few of the habits that you should break if you want to keep your youthful appearance. Making sure to sleep enough, avoid drug use, and stay out of the sun without sunscreen is a start, wouldn’t you think?
