Apple cinnamon water

Both apples and cinnamon can raise your metabolism and when you add them to water it makes a drink that will boost your metabolism and will help you to lose fat and weight even when you are resting. If you add if you pieces of apple and cinnamon, you will just have a hint of flavour but if you want is stronger, you can add more apples and cinnamon. Add apple slices and cinnamon at the bottom of the pitcher, cover with ice and top with water. You can store it in the fridge for 24 hours and then use it.

Mango ginger water

Mango ginger water is another metabolic booster which will help you to improve your metabolism. Ginger is a nature of metabolic booster and also a natural pain reliever. Besides helping you in migraine or menstrual cramps, morning sickness, nausea and heartburn, sex drive and memory, ginger will also boost your digestive system.

Peel the ginger lightly and add 4-5 slices and add them to the Picher and also add the mango. Add ice and water and keep it in the fridge for one hour before serving. Use fresh ginger and not the ginger powder because fresh ginger will provide you more benefit.

Berry metabolism boost drink

You can make your metabolism boosting drink with berries. You can take a few frozen berry and that will help you to create your fat burning drink which will boost your metabolism. You can add some site rest to make it taste better. Adding lemon or lime or orange will also add a healthy dose of vitamins C to the mix. Take half cup of mixture of raspberries, blueberries, blackberries and strawberries, add a little orange or lime, and add ice and water in a pitcher. You should keep the mixture in your fridge for one hour before you serve it. Once you drink the water and the water is down to ¼ full in the pitcher, you can refill it with water. It is possible to do this several times and still keep the flavour.

Gingerbread tea

You can make a metabolism boosting tea with three ingredients. Besides boosting your metabolism, it will also come your upset tummy and freshen the breath. You can drink it throughout the day if you want to or simply drink it at tea time. You can also take it with you whenever you go out or even to your workplace. Fill your travel coffee mug with the ingredients but without any water. When you want to drink it, simply ask for some hot water and fill the coffee cup.

To create this, you need 1 cinnamon stick, 1 teaspoon fresh ginger sliced thinly, 1 inch piece of vanilla bean and 1 lemon sliced. Slice the vanilla bean lengthwise and then add all the ingredients in the cup and then add hot water. You can also use a teapot to make this tea. Slice vanilla bean lengthwise and add the other ingredients to a teapot, add water and cover it. Boil the water and then serve with lemon.
