It may be different from what the media and different sources are telling you but you should not be worried about it if you are in tune with your eating pattern.

Create your own selection of foods

Instead of blindly following a list of foods created by someone else or a list for the mass, you can create your own selection of foods from the major food groups. You should select the foods that you prefer so that you can stick with them for a long duration. It does not mean that you have to include a full spectrum diet follow such a diet with different variations of fruits, vegetables, grains, fats and proteins. That can be too much for you and it can negatively impact your effort to lose fat. Including everything in your diet that you should be can be an overkill. Simple is always better for you and it is especially better when you are starting off. Then you can gradually diversify your selections and meal options as you progress in your journey to lose fat.

Focus on your own metabolic personality

You have a unique and your own metabolic personality and there is nothing wrong with that. If you are fine with eating two meals every day, you should continue doing that. There are people who have changed a lot many things in their lives after hearing or reading some unsubstantiated reasons. You don’t have to do that because your own metabolic personality may be completely different from the person next to you.

Go with foods which are easily available

Instead of focusing on eating foods which are not easily available but you must eat them because they’re in a list, you can always find foods which are easily available. It is important to use the foods that you can easily find because otherwise your efforts to follow a strict food choice will not be possible for a longer duration. It is also possible to replace some of the foods in a list with something which is similar and easily available in your local market. Instead of a pre-boxed, celebrity endorsed, meal membership delivery program, you can always find different foods which are locally and easily available.

There is no right or wrong time to eat

Even though you will find that you should eat things that the particular time and should not eat at some other particular time, it may not be right for you. There is no right or wrong time to eat. If you read very lightly in the early parts of the day and then you enjoy a good dinner you should not feel that it’s wrong if your body is fine with it. Different people may have different metabolic activity and metabolic synchronisation is very important for you and so depending on your metabolic differences, you can always choose when to eat. It is always better not to try to manipulate the eating pattern. If it fits your metabolic personality, you can carry on with that.
