How to lose fat if you have a fatty liver

Fatty liver problem is becoming more and more common among people in different countries. It affects about 25% of people globally. If you have excess abdominal weight, probably you already have fatty liver but you don’t know about it yet.

Fatty liver condition happens when too much fat builds up in liver cells. If you have a fatty liver, fat loss and weight loss becomes more difficult for you. One of the main jobs of the liver is to burn extra fat. After burning the fat, it get rids of that through the gallbladder and bowel movement. However, if you already have a fatty liver, your liver may not be able to perform these functions the way it should. As a result of that more accumulation of fat in your body will happen. Stop eating these foods

Reduce the sugar, bad fats and carbohydrates present in your diet. These are the foods are responsible for more fat present in your liver. If you consume too much carbohydrate it is likely that you will suffer from fatty liver problem. If your body cannot process the carbohydrate because you have consumed too much of it, then it will be stored as fat in the liver and in different parts of your body. So, you need to avoid those carbohydrate rich foods, which include, sugar, bread, flour, pasta, rice, breakfast cereals, potatoes and grains.

You should also avoid Omega 6 rich vegetable oil. The foods which include it in our fried foods and packaged foods like chips, crackers, cookies and crisps. They had the wrong fat in them and so you should avoid them if you want to lose fat.

Add these foods

You need to base your diet on vegetables, good fats and protein these foods are good for you because they will not add extra fat in your body. You will also make you feel full early. These foods are good for you because they will keep your blood sugar levels stable throughout the day. That is helpful because that will prevent hypoglycaemia, sugar cravings, fatigue and foggy head. If you are trying to lose body fat, you will need to eat enough protein and fat. Many people do the opposite of what they should do. They want to lose weight fast and as a way to achieve that they eat too little food. If you do that you are in a big danger because if you are tired and hungry as a result of eating less food, you are likely to start eating the wrong foods.

You need to add more protein rich foods to your diet. Such foods include fish, red meat and poultry. Whey protein powder is an excellent source of protein for you. It will keep you full for a longer duration and will help you to avoid sugar cravings.

You should also include some good fats in your diet. Good sources of such fat include olive oil, nuts, avocados, seeds and oily fish. You need to eat more protein because that will help you to stop sugar and carbohydrate cravings.

If necessary, you can take a liver tonic because that will help your liver. It may help you to lose fat faster and feel more energetic within a short duration. The liver tonic should contain the nutrients that your liver needs so that it can burn more fat efficiently.
