Epsom salt soak
This is considered a classic remedy for different types of joint pain. Have a relaxing bath using epsom salts. It contains high levels of magnesium and sulphates. Your skin can easily absorb them when you take a bath. They help you to get quick relief and they also reduce inflammation.

Hot and cold packs
