When you sleep less, you are more likely to eat more calories in comparison to people who sleep for the required time.

Eat more protein

When you want six-pack abs, you will need to eat more protein. Protein is necessary for you because it helps you in controlling blood sugar and burning more calories during digestion. It is also essential because it reduces your hunger and keeps you fuller, which means you will eat less. You need to add more protein to stop muscle breakdown.
