1. Don't forget the heavy weights
Fitness experts often find that the old age idea of training with light weights and high reps for burning fat does not work. Instead using heavy weights for squat, bench press and deadlift often help you to lose fat faster.
2. Use supersets
While working out, always use super sets to get better results. Instead of straight sets of resistance training, it is always better to use supersets. If you’re trying to lose fat, you need to keep your heart rate high and take short breaks during workouts.

Sugar sweetened drinks, which include fruit juices and sodas add more and more calories to your body.
7. Time carb cycling
A successful fat loss program will always emphasize on cycling your carbohydrate intake. Cycling means reducing the total amount of carbs to a very low level per day for several days before allowing a high carb day. It is possible to trick your taste buds. You can replace higher fat foods with low of fat alternatives. It will reduce the total calorie intake you have in a day. 9. Drop the junk foods
