1. Tea tree oil
Tea tree oil is a very good remedy for scabies. It contains terpinen-4-ol, which is compound that has the potential to kill the parasite causing scabies. This compound also works as disinfectant, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, antifungal, and antibacterial. Tea tree oil also has wound healing qualities.
2. Neem oil
Neem oil is beneficial in different skin problems. It also helps in scabies by offering relief. The antifungal and antibacterial properties will help you by eliminating the fungus and bacteria present on your skin. It is also beneficial in preventing scabies reproduction and so it can reduce the length of scabies problem.
Bleach can help you to get relief because it will help you to kill mites. In four parts of water you can mix one part of bleach and then spray the mixture on the affected area. Do it twice daily and repeat the process for a week or so.

It can help you to increase the speed of healing of the wounds caused by scabies. You can apply juice of fresh aloe vera on the affected skin.
8. White vinegar
White vinegar is of acidic nature and it can help you to change the pH level of your skin. When the pH level of your skin changes, mites die. Scabies is caused by mites. You need to makes white vinegar and water in equal amounts and using a cotton ball you need to use the solution on the affected skin.
9. Watch your diet
Some food will cause more itchiness and some will help in spreading the scabies problems. Most of the skin related problems are food related. If you watch your diet, it can make a big difference by removing the itchiness and a conducive environment for the mites. You should avoid foods that have natural histamines to avoid the possibility of more itchiness. Avoid red wine, citrus fruits, commented food they can eggs, Seafoods, artificial foods, alcohol, spices etc.
10. Pure lavender oil
Lavender oil can help you by promoting skin cell regeneration. It is also good for killing parasites such as mites which are the main cause of scabies. You can add few drops of lavender oil to your bath water and stay in the water for 15 minutes.
