Give your eye a break

  • Rubbing your palms together and place them over the eyes for 10 seconds.
  • Rolling the eyes for a few seconds, then look up and down, side to side 10 times.
  • Look at a pen that is held at arm's length and focus your vision on the tip of the pen while moving it closer to the eyes then away from them.
