In order to perform squats, you need to stand straight; your torso should be straight, legs wide apart and hands holding dumbbells extended in front of you. Now bend your knees and lower your hips as if you are sitting down. Contract your abdominal muscles while doing so. Remaining in the half sitting position for five seconds and then return back to the starting position. Repeat the process 12 to 15 times.

Lunges: This is another effective strength training exercise that will help in toning the body, build lean muscles and reduce the appearance of cellulite. In order to perform lunges, you need to with your legs apart. Keep one foot ahead and another foot behind. Now, put the weight of your body on the back foot and slowly and slowly bend that knee. While doing that you also need to bend your front knee at an angle of 90 degree. Your chest should be straight and you need to contract your abdominal muscles. Stay at that position for five seconds and then get back to your starting position. Repeat it with your other foot and repeat the process at least 12-15 times.

After each strength training exercise you do, make sure to stretch your muscles you worked on, holding for about 15 to 20 seconds.
