Most people do not realize that stress is cited as a major cause of damage to our health affecting everything from our skin, to our emotions, to our hearts. Make sure to find a good activity that you enjoy and do regularly that can help you decrease stress. Sometimes the simplest thing, like calling your mom, taking a deep breath, or taking a ten minute break can be great for resetting and restarting strong.

Women are more likely than men to develop alcohol-related problems. They are often lower body weights, and thus it takes less alcohol to cause a problem. Women need to be careful to make healthy drinking choices, and to not be afraid to seek help if they develop a problem.
